Policies

Appointments

We offer options to book in salon, online, or by phone. However, we do not have a receptionist and there may be times where we are with a client and unable to answer the phone. Please leave a voicemail and a team member will get back to you in a timely manner.
 
We do our very best to accommodate late clients, however, we cannot guarantee your appointment. Based on the remaining time left on your appointment and/or your stylist’s availability, your appointment may have to be rescheduled or shortened.

Cancellations

We understand that situations arise in which you cannot make your scheduled appointment. If you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to give a 24-hour notice for all changes or cancellations. This will enable us to fill that appointment spot with someone from our waiting list.   LUXE Hair Studio sends appointment reminder emails and text messages for the convenience of our clients. Unfortunately, technology isn’t always perfect and sometimes our emails and text messages are not received. Clients should not rely solely on our appointment reminder emails and text messages to remember their upcoming appointments.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee all our services.* If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the salon as soon as possible. We want to make sure you receive the adjustments necessary for your complete satisfaction. Changes in cut or color from what was originally discussed will be subject to full cost of services provided. All adjustments are subject to stylists/management discretion.

Waiting Area

Our waiting area is comfortable and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people waiting for you during your appointment.
 
Children

Salons can be an unsafe environment for small children. There are a variety of sharp objects and chemicals in use daily. For the safety and comfort of all clients, all children must be supervised.
